Oatmeal & Bran Pumpkin Cranberry Muffins

“Breakfast is a good thing. You need to eat it!” I told D.

“I know, I know, but I need something to grab and go,” he replied.

“I’ll make you some healthy morning muffins to keep in your freezer. You take one out the night before, and voila! A delicious, healthy, quick breakfast.” And that is how I decided on today’s recipe — these perfectly moist and delicious autumn-flavored muffins.

1 Vote Counts

Don’t think your vote does not count. In 2000, those of you who stayed home could have swung the outcome of the election. If you are not happy with the last 8 years, and you stayed home last election, it’s your fault! If you are happy with the last 8 years, and you voted, congratulations, you got what you wanted (deserved?). Now is the hour for all of us to vote. There are alot of sites out there NOT telling the truth about dates, times, where to vote. CHECK WITH YOUR STATE. In a national election, we all VOTE ON THE SAME DAY: Tuesday, November 4th!

Lots of voters will be out. You may have to wait a long time in line. Isn’t freedom worth it?

Enjoy the video, produced as a public service on voting AND VOTE!

If you have trouble at your voting area, if you have been told you have a “provisional ballot” , if you are concerned about your right to vote, go to 1-866-OURVOTE

A Whole New World of Political Influence in video

Each day of my life, I learn. I am thankful for that. This election I have learned to respect both candidates for their view points, passion, and perseverence. I am also a human being subject to the same influences as others; though the truth is, political advertising does not affect my views. Watching debates, checking facts on non-partisan, non-profit foundation sites, are my backbones for decisions. As I naviagate the blogging world, I try to evoke response to blogs so we have a good balance and discussion of points raised. I have joined the world of Twitter and Current.

Current is an offshoot of Twitter where people go to discuss politics, humor, news, comedy whatever. There are all ages and all views. But for some reason I seem to be invited to participate in discussions which evoke rumors, innuendoes, and far right or far left groups. I represent none of these and choose not to be party to them. Rather, I stick to facts, post videos that speak for themselves and yes, post my opinion.
