It’s day two of my strawberry project. I’m back from the International Food Styling and Photography Conference at Boston University, and I’m itching to try some of the photography tips I learned over the weekend. Not only that, but I’m excited to experiment with new flavors and representations of food.

Each day this week, I’ll feature a “magnificent mini” food — a favorite snack served single style. Today, it’s single-sized Jell-O pudding. Cool, creamy, delicious!

Of course, you can’t make Jell-O without milk, and Horizon Organics makes single-sized milk boxes. You can most likely find them at your grocery store. As a soy milk drinker, I will tell you that the pudding packs require real milk to properly jellofy.
